What is Co.Regulate?

Co.Regulate refers to the ability to regulate emotions, behaviors, and nervous system responses with the support of another person. Helping you return to a calm, grounded state, even in high-stress environments.

It’s the foundation of how we work: using breathwork coaching to help professionals reconnect with themselves and others, regulate stress, and move through their days with more clarity and calm.

Our Mission

At Co.Regulate, our mission is to help high performing professionals and business owners who are overwhelmed by constant stress, pressure, and the never-ending "doing" of busy work culture, before it leads to burnout.

Through group sessions, 1:1 coaching, and guided self-practice, we use evidence-based breathwork techniques to change how you engage with your day. Bringing more mindfulness, connection, and nervous system resilience into the way you work and live.

Hey, I'm Hayley

After 15 years in the fast-paced world of marketing and after a personal experience with burnout. I knew there had to be a better way to work and live without being ruled by constant stress and anxiety.

That’s when I discovered breathwork.

What started as a simple practice to "log off my brain" at the end of a hectic day soon became something much deeper. Breathwork helped me sleep better, approach challenges with calm and clarity, and stay grounded in high-pressure environments. I became more present, more focused, and more resilient.

Curious about why it worked so well, I began studying the science behind it and that's what led me to launch Co.Regulate, a breathwork coaching practice specifically designed for busy professionals and business owners looking to manage stress, avoid burnout, and boost performance.

There are no miracle cures here. Just evidence-based, practical breathwork techniques to support your nervous system, improve focus, and help you navigate the demands of modern work life with more ease and awareness.
