I’ve spent over 15 years building a career in marketing — a world that’s fast-paced, demanding, and often relentless. I know first-hand what it feels like to be “always on,” to push through when stress levels are high, and to run the risk of burnout.
Breathwork changed the way I navigate it all. What began as a simple practice to steady myself in pressured moments became a way of working and living with more clarity, calm, and resilience. It hasn’t replaced my career — it’s enhanced it. Breathwork gives me the tools to keep showing up, perform at my best, and not let the stress take over.
Alongside this, my training as a counsellor deepened my understanding of how people think, feel, and respond under pressure. That combination of lived experience, professional insight, and evidence-based breathwork means I can support others in finding their own ways to manage stress, avoid burnout, and feel more in control of their work and life.
