Join us for our weekly group coaching sessions, we'll spend 30-minutes Co.regulating in Rest - Revive - Restore.

Terms & Conditions

All new clients should complete a health and safety intake form before proceeding. Sessions will be cancelled and refunded if this is not completed.

For some health conditions and recent surgeries, we may ask for a doctors note or written confirmation that you are able to partake in breathwork practice before being able to proceed.

Sessions are payable in advance with 6 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy.

No shows or late attendance (after 15 minutes) will still be charged.

Co Regulate reserve the right to cancel a session at any time or if adequate information is not provided. Full refund is available.

We do not offer a refund policy however if you are not satisfied that you got value from the session then please send an email to [email protected] to discuss it further.
